These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the RDM Landscape Services website, our wholesale ordering portal, and our text-message (SMS) program. By using our services you agree to these terms.

Wholesale pricing and ordering are available to licensed wholesale and trade customers. RDM may verify eligibility and may decline or close accounts at its discretion.

Program name: RDM Wholesale Portal.

By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from RDM Landscape Services, including one-time sign-in codes for the ordering portal and occasional order and availability notifications.

• To opt out at any time, reply STOP. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Supported carriers include the major U.S. wireless carriers; carrier participation may change.

Your mobile opt-in and consent are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (/privacy-policy). We do not share mobile opt-in information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Prices reflect present market conditions and are subject to change without notice. Each availability or price list supersedes all prior availability and price lists. All stock is subject to prior sale; quantities are limited and change daily. Prices are per unit and exclude delivery and Florida sales tax — delivery is quoted per order; tax applies unless a current Annual Resale Certificate (DR-13) is on file. No order is confirmed until RDM accepts it in writing. Errors and omissions excepted. Plant material is living and natural; sizes and appearance vary.

RDM Landscape Services accepts Zelle, ACH bank transfer, and credit cards.

Credit card payments are subject to a surcharge of 3%. This surcharge is imposed by RDM Landscape Services, is not greater than our cost of acceptance, and applies to credit card transactions only — debit and prepaid cards are not surcharged. ACH bank transfer payments are subject to a 1% fee, capped at $25 per transaction. There is no fee for payment by Zelle.

The card surcharge appears as a separate line on your invoice and is refunded in full, or pro rata on a partial refund.

You agree not to misuse the website or portal, attempt to access accounts that are not yours, or interfere with the security or operation of our systems.

Our services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, RDM is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website, portal, or SMS program.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest revision.
